A goal is always attainable, even if it seems extremely difficult. We can define the conditions under which we will say we have achieved our goal. At SYZYGY we use the OKR framework to define short-term (quarterly) team goals.
In contrast, a team Purpose may or may not be "finite". For example, the Marketing team's `purpose will never end, because we do not assume that the company's marketing needs will ever end. The same team may set a time-bound goal, such as "The SYZYGY Warsaw brand is well known in the market".
